and software delivery process is supported by
chenstyletaichi.com. The
products themselves are supported directly by the developer. The
Contact information for each developer will include preferred
methods of contact, and ocasionally a Support Alert.
chenstyletaichi will where
necessary intervene on a customers behalf where a developer is
not supplying satisfactory support. To date, chenstyletaich has
had ZERO support complaints about our Development Partners!
Payment Methods and Security
chenstyletaichi.com accepts
American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We process your credit
card in real time across a secure connection. We DO NOT store
your credit card details to protect the security of your
information.

us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping

Security
This is a secure site.

Yahoo! Store. Yahoo performs this task for approximately one in
every eight stores on the Internet. The lock icon (indicating a
secure site) may not appear at the bottom of your screen because
this store was created using frames. You can verify that
you are on a secure site in two ways:
1. After you click "Checkout", right-click on the checkout page
that is asking for your personal information. Then click
Properties at the bottom of the box that appears. You will see
that the address starts with https -- the "s" at the end of http
indicates that you are on a secure site.
2. Click on "View Cart" icon at the very top of any page. By
doing this you view the contents of your shopping cart without
the "frames" getting in the way. Then when you click the blue
"Checkout" button, you WILL see the lock icon at the bottom of
the page.
Refund Policy
chenstyletaichi.com
understands that products are sometimes ordered in error, or do
not meet expectations. In the event that you are not completely
happy with your purchase and request a refund,
chenstyletaichi will issue it
after consulting with the product developer.
chenstyletaichi may request
proof that a product has been uninstalled and is no longer in
use, and will disable refunded license keys to stop future
installation. Refunds of Developer Installation Charges are at
the discretion of chenstyletaichi
and its partner developers if the refund is requested AFTER
installation takes place.
chenstyletaichi reserve the right to refuse refunds if
they believe that customers are engaged in license violations.
